She haunts me on the edge of sleep
This creature from the blackest deep
The blood spatters stain my breath
My soul now yearns for death.

Wondrous terrifying nightmare
This queen makes me no longer care
About anything but her sweet caress
Her teeth tearing thru’ my flesh.

Soft skin yields to her cold bite
The pain intense so soft and light
I ache for her nightly bloody touch
But fear the end will prove too much.

She promises eternal life in youthful bliss
Intoxicating blood has now passed my lips
She is every fantasy I never mentioned
This creature from some dark dimension.

Sweet Youth

Ah, I recall the halcyon days of our youth
When we would be steeped in all kinds of truth
The sharing of friends and easy drug taking
Should lead to our downfall and finally faking…

The trust and love that felt so natural
Talking and dancing and laughing we had all
The sunny lazy days in the park
But now we all seem to be stark…

Staring wild eyed crazy cult of kind
Man sometimes we were out of our mind
And the insidious gradual fallout
Became part of our adult tune out…

Hebden Bridge

So I finally slept with Midge,
And by this morning it was all over Hebden Bridge.
Nothing travels faster than the speed of light,
Except for any and everything I did last night.
Within this valley and in this town,
I am fast becoming too well renown.

This town is gossip central-
They appear to hear and know all:
It blows my mind that my lifes walk
Should generate this much talk.

My life’s pretty boring and all I do is drink too much lager…
Yet you guys manage to turn it into such a saga.

Overload

These emotions so hard to control,
Physical emanations take their toll…
Why do these feelings scare me so?
I feel like I’m out of control.

I ache when we’re apart,
A physical pain within my heart!
I think about you 24 / 7;
When we’re together it feels like heaven.

I wish these feelings would cease,
Like a bullet thru’ my brain the pain would be released.
To be at peace like a silent breath-
Or maybe that is simply death.

I hate you because I love you so:
I want to feel you even though
You engender such mixed emotions too…
I need to be engulfed by you.

Though I fear it might never be,
all I want you to do is see:
The pain, lust, confusion and peace
You instill deep in me.

The passion that between us we could release.

Shining Wet

The many layered flesh of eye
a latticework of emotion will transpire
wet shining scarlet iris and I’m sinking deep
within the folds of his consciousness I leap

Silent communication in the dreamscape of his belief.

In the dim cool room of being when both vision collide
his eyes searing the same as mine
athletic body stretching – enticingly lithe
he sways with the music (fantasy of lust at night).

Tight pale jeans (hint a promise)
his hands resting ‘tween his thighs
my sight drawn down travels
slow back up to catch his knowing eyes
a sensual warming smile, the light of love
(beckons me) cries

touch to release the flood,
kiss to free the fires.

A laser fired agony of thwarted lust.

Society’s rigid structure prevents our discourse
and is found in the gossip of friends who know ought
for our friends bind us both in chains of embarrassment
where fulfillment is all yet we fear the jeer of judgment.

Chemical Future

Shiny silvery tinkly mayhem
My brain lies dead – abuse of cocaine
The chaotic frenetic rush of last night
Subsides into this pressured nasal plight
Utter lack of sleep and tortured talk
Tells in red eye and crazy thought
Cells barely flickering in this grey matter
My aching head is all a tatter…

Why do I endure this torture
For what is just a chemical future
I chase that rush like a man possessed
Whilst my nose becomes more compressed.

I cannot breath – it hurts to blow
And pretty soon my brain starts to go

Time just will not pass
Frozen amber in motionless task
I sit here watching the world go by
People everywhere they actually fly.

This book I’m trying frantically to gauge
I can’t get past another goddamned page
So I sit in silent thought so clear
Desperately wishing to be anywhere but here.

Part of that mad rush of humanity
So fast –
Eclectic, frenetic and tick
Another second has
Finally passed…

Teacher

He sits there just in front
A tarnished angel I want to jump
With wanton eye and chiseled chest
His strength of purpose I want to test.

Some college professor of ancient lore
A cute librarian? A geeky bore?
His glasses astride his hungry face
Loose hung cords around his waist.

I’m expecting chalk at elbows rest
A corduroy jacket enclosing his chest
Yet a sweatshirt simply covers his vest
This new age man I finally caressed…
